Concept of Halal & Haram Food is very clear as per Islamic Teachings:

  • Allah and His Messenger (peace be upon him) allow Muslims to eat is Halal food.
    • Halal food includes meat from animals that we say Allah’s name on when we kill them, seafood, fruits, vegetables, grains, dairy, honey, and eggs.
